Verification Code Email Not Arriving at Your Email Address During Sign-Up

Last updated: 2025/09/02

If the verification code email has not arrived, please check the following possible causes.

■ Check your spam folder
The email may have been mistakenly sorted into your spam folder. Please check all folders.

Double-check your email address for errors
Please confirm that the email address you entered during registration is correct. Even a single-character difference will prevent the email from arriving.

Check your domain filtering and other receiving settings
Please check whether your email receiving settings are blocking the domain (abc-chain.com). Add it to your allow list if necessary.

Once you have updated your settings, please try the process again.
* For instructions on how to allow emails from "abc-chain.com", please contact your email provider.

Check whether your mailbox is full
If your inbox has reached its storage limit, new emails cannot be received. Please delete unneeded emails to free up space.

Wait a few minutes and check again
Due to system or network conditions, emails may arrive a few minutes late.

Resend the verification code
If a button such as [RESEND CODE] is available, please use it to resend the code. If there is a sending limit, please wait a while and try again.

If you use a mobile carrier email address, change your settings to allow emails from computers
Addresses such as @docomo.ne.jp, @ezweb.ne.jp, and @softbank.ne.jp may be unable to receive emails from computers under their default settings. Please check your settings.

Check whether your email service is experiencing an outage
A temporary email server issue may also prevent emails from being received. Please check the official information provided by your email service.
