GFA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") declares its commitment to protecting the personal information entrusted to it by customers. This Privacy Policy explains the Company's practices regarding the handling of personal information. We collect and use your data in order to operate the "Zenryaku, Kabunushi no Minasama" (前略、「株主の皆さま」) app (hereinafter referred to as "the App").
1. Collection and Use of Personal Information
When acquiring and using personal information, the Company clearly informs the individual of the purpose of use and whether the information will be provided to third parties, obtains their consent, uses the information only within the scope of that purpose, and takes measures to prevent use beyond that purpose.
To provide the App, we collect information such as your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
In addition, when you link your App account to your shareholder number with the Company, we also collect information such as your postal code, your shareholder number with the Company, and your number of shares.
2. Implementation of Security Measures
The Company recognizes the risks of unauthorized access to personal information and of the loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information, and takes the measures necessary to prevent and remedy such incidents.
3. Updating and Deleting Information
If you wish to change or delete your personal information, please contact the Company via the "Account" > "Contact Us" screen in the App, or use the App's account deletion feature.
Deleting your account will delete all of your user information. Your points will also become unavailable. If you register a new account and link it to your existing shareholder number, the points you have earned will be granted to it. Please note that a shareholder number can be linked to only one valid App account.

The Company complies with laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other standards concerning the protection of personal information. The Company also declares its company-wide commitment to these efforts, including the continuous improvement of its personal information protection management system.
