The camera does not launch on the QR code scanning screen

Camera access may not have been granted to the app on your smartphone.
Please check your settings by following the steps below.
■ For iPhone
From the home screen, go to "Settings" → "Privacy" → "Camera" → select "Shareholder App" → set it to Allow
■ For Android smartphones
From the home screen, go to "Settings" → "Apps" → select "Shareholder App" → Camera → set it to Allow
