- Acquisition and use of Personal Information
When acquiring or using Personal Information, GFA will clearly indicate its purpose of use. GFA will also take the appropriate actions to ensure that Personal Information could not be used for any other purpose.
The GFA shareholder App is an app that allows you to use the app instead of an ID. Therefore, we request information about the Last name, First Name, Email, Phone number.
We also collect your zip code, GFA Shareholder number, Number of shares when linking your App account with your shareholder number of GFA.

GFA will take the appropriate actions by taking security measures to prevent loss, destruction, alteration or unlawful disclosure.
- Data update / deletion
If you wish to correct / delete the contents of the acquired user information, please contact customer support in the application (Go to Account > Customer support part) or use the user deletion account function of the application.
If an account is deleted using the delete function, all user information will be deleted. All points will be deleted also. If you register a new account and link to a used shareholder number, remaining award points of the old account will be rewarded for you. Please be noted that a shareholder number is linked to only an active App account.
- Compliance with laws and regulations regarding Personal Information
GFA will comply with all relevant laws in its handling of Personal Information, as well as guidelines and other regulations. GFA will also execute continuous improvements.
5．Response to complaints
The personal information management center listed thereunder will act as the contact to appropriately respond to complaints and offer consultations regarding Personal Information.
