Do I need to do anything special when making a reservation to use points?

No special arrangements are needed when making a reservation at any of the stores.
Simply let the staff know at the time of payment, and you will be able to use your points.

Please note that for overnight stays and DAY use at BOOK AND BED TOKYO, credit card information is required at the time of booking. This is only required by the reservation system, and no charge is made to your card at that point.
Staff will confirm your payment method at check-in,
so simply let them know you would like to use your "shareholder benefit points."
